Amante 1530 Aperitivo Amaro

Amante 1530 strikes a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness. It starts lean on the tongue, revealing complex bitter citrus flavors with a medium body. At 15% ABV, it's versatile for cocktails and delightful on its own at room temperature.

Cocktail Suggestions:

Amante Spritz 2 parts Amante 1530, 3 parts Prosecco, 1 part soda water, with a squeeze of Amalfi lemon. Combine gently over ice in a large wine glass.

The Moonraker 1½ oz gin, ¾ oz Amante 1530, ¾ oz fresh lemon juice, ½ oz green tea simple syrup, and 3 cucumber rounds. Combine in a chilled coupe glass. Muddle the cucumber in the shaker first, then shake the rest with ice and double-strain.

Palombo (tequila riff) 1½ oz reposado tequila, ¾ oz Amante 1530, ¼ oz fresh lemon juice, ½ oz simple syrup, 3 oz soda water, garnished with a lemon wheel. Combine over ice in a highball glass.

Paper Plane ¾ oz bourbon, ¾ oz Amante 1530, ¾ oz Amaro Nonino, ¾ oz fresh lemon juice. Shake all four ingredients hard with ice and double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. No garnish needed.
